This winter, instead of putting on those extra holiday pounds, let's focus on building muscle & strength!​

 

 

 

Challenge Overview:

Join us for a transformative 12-week strength-building challenge running from October 7th to December 30th. This program is designed to elevate your fitness goals while providing the accountability and support of an uplifting community.

 

You'll gain access to my online strength focused program downloads, which features personalized workouts at your fingertips. Whether you prefer training at home or in the gym, I've got you covered.

 

- Start Date: October 7, 2024 $125

- NO Registration Deadline, Price Increases to $150 starting October 5th

 

What You Will Receive:

 

- A comprehensive Welcome Guide detailing challenge protocols, tracking tips, cardio guidance, and common training and nutrition misconceptions.

 

- Several distinct workout splits: one for at-home training (requiring dumbbells and long loop bands) and one for gym workouts. The at-home program consists of a 4-day full-body routine, while the gym program emphasizes shoulders, glutes, legs, and core.

 

- A grocery list guide to help you stock up on whole foods, categorized by macro type.

 

- Food recommendations based on carbs, protein, fats, and total calories.

 

- Nutritional information on "What are Macros?" to help you understand macros and kickstart your journey as a flexible dieter.

 

- Fun, high-protein recipe ideas.

 

- Access to a private Facebook group for exercise tutorials, recipe sharing, and connecting with fellow participants.

 

Important Notes:

- This program includes only two check-ins during the entire 12-week challenge.

- No refunds will be issued after purchase.

- After purchasing, please download the digital link for more information and complete the MANDATORY INTAKE FORM within 24 hours of receiving your welcome email. Failure to submit this form will result in macros not being included in your plan.

No gym membership needed

Access into the private Facebook group. In the group is exercise tutorials, recipe ideas and some of the other BSTRONG Fitness ladies.

The Facebook Group is Where we will mainly communicate.

I will appear in this group and answer your questions daily. In the group I will help keep you motivated by giving you mental challenges to overcome. Such as goal setting, trying new foods and even taking a gym accountability selfie. Not only that! You will have a community of men and women who are here to support you and your fitness goals.

Challengers are not required to post in the Facebook group, but it is highly encouraged.

I want to also remind you that this is not a weight loss challenge. I want to help you flip the script and help empower you to step away from the diet mindset and feel what you're truly capable of when you throw out the scale and learn how to fuel yourself. Our focus is to build enough muscle so that when it is time to diet your body has something to reveal.
